Who Are We Looking For?
We do not just look for people who know literal dictionary translations. Translating cinematic Turkish—especially when it involves 13th-century Ottoman terminology, Islamic theology, or fast-paced modern espionage jargon—requires a true artistic touch.
We are currently looking for talent across four key roles:
- 1. Turkish-to-Urdu Subtitle Translators: Individuals who can accurately translate dialogue from Turkish/English audio into natural, fluent, and emotionally impactful Urdu text.
- 2. Historical & Cultural Researchers: Experts who understand Ottoman history, Islamic theology, Seljuk politics, or ancient Turkic lore to ensure our subtitle footnotes and historical context notes are 100% accurate.
- 3. Video Editors & Sync Specialists: Professionals who know how to use subtitling software (like Aegisub or Premiere Pro) to time-sync subtitles perfectly to our HD video files.
- 4. Quality Control (QC) Editors: Detail-oriented editors who review finished episodes for spelling, grammar, tone, and sync issues before they go live on the website.
